Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.


We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

UK EXPRESS TRACKED  Free Delivery 1-3 Working Days (£5 charge on orders less than £50)

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Medical Spa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


The Medical Spa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Products purchased are non-refundable unless they are defective. Upon receiving goods, you have 14 working days to get in contact and report any issues to receive a full refund. All defective products should be reported by email to with supporting evidence where possible e.g. photos/ videos. 

Defective products will need to be returned as instructed for assessment by The Medical Spa before processing a refund.

Due to the prescription only nature of many of these products, refunds may be at the discretion of the clinical lead.
